Ladies Drive – Bar Talks

Since this year, Astara has been a proud partner of the Ladies Drive Bar Talks — an inspiring format that brings together women with vision, courage, and drive.

The Bar Talks provide a platform for exchange, empowerment, and personal development, and are aimed at women who want to make a difference.

“Our commitment is part of our clear goal: to support women — both externally and internally. We are especially pleased to actively involve and promote our female colleagues at Astara,” says Cinzia Vassallo, People & Culture Director.

So far, Astara has taken part in two major Bar Talks with up to 300 participants, as well as two smaller but equally valuable events in Bern and Heiden (AR). We look forward to many more inspiring encounters.

Ladies Drive is far more than just an event series — it is a business sisterhood with various media formats, including Ladies Drive Magazine.
